Lunchtime Supervisor required (Sept 26)

We are looking to employ a lunchtime supervisor at our lovely school.

OLSK is a friendly and inclusive Catholic primary school where children are happy, valued and encouraged to flourish within a caring community. Guided by Gospel values, we strive to create a welcoming environment in which every child feels safe, respected and supported.

We are seeking a Lunchtime Supervisor who will work as part of a supportive and committed staff team to ensure that lunchtimes are positive, calm and enjoyable. The successful candidate will build warm relationships with pupils, promote good behaviour with kindness and consistency, and encourage positive, active and inclusive play so that all children feel involved and cared for.

The role involves supporting children outdoors, helping them to develop social skills, independence and respect for others. You will be expected to uphold and promote the Catholic ethos of the school through your everyday interactions with children and colleagues.

Is this the job for you?

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with primary‑aged children, is approachable, caring and calm, and takes pride in helping to create a happy and orderly environment. If you are a good role model, enjoy encouraging children to play actively and positively, and value working as part of a warm and supportive school team, we would be delighted to hear from you.
