Due to recent expansion, The Brier School is seeking to appoint an inspiring Assistant Headteacher with a passion for delivering high quality teaching and learning to pupils with a range of complex SEND needs.

We are looking for an exceptional, creative and resilient person who has the leadership experience to help to drive our outstanding school forward. The successful candidate will work alongside our Senior Leadership Team in developing and evaluating the aims of the school in partnership with pupils, staff, governors and parents.

The successful candidate will be able lead and manage a dynamic, driven team to excel in order to deliver an ambitious, yet meaningful curriculum to learners with diverse communication and learning requirements.
